STATUS
Service status
Read straight from the gateway's own probes every 30 seconds. It is an observation, not a promise — Modelvia is a single-instance pilot with no availability commitment.

What each reading means
- API (/v1)
- Whether the gateway reports itself ready to serve requests. Operating means its readiness probe answered 200. Degraded means it answered 503 — draining for a restart, re-establishing its single writer, or waiting on a verified backup. Not enabled means key serving is switched off on this instance.
- Identity bridge
- Whether workspace sign-in and member tokens are being served. It rides on the same readiness decision, so it degrades with the API.
- Customer billing
- Whether a client's own customers can be charged, and in which mode. Not enabled is the normal pilot state. Sandbox is said out loud, because sandbox is not real cards.
- Unknown
- We could not reach the probe. That is a statement about this page, not proof that the gateway is down — and we would rather say so than guess.
Notes
- This page shows only what the two probes report: readiness, which functions are switched on, and the gateway revision. It carries no account data and no request data.
- The same reading is available as JSON at
/api/status, cached for 30 seconds. /healthis a process probe and/readyis the readiness probe; neither is part of the supported API surface. See API versioning.- Incidents are communicated as described on service levels.
